Anurag leads TakeOut7’s strategy and direction. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in creating and scaling cloud-based solutions for B2B and B2C clients. He has held various C-level and advisory roles at tech start-ups and has consulted on a broad range of business needs for Global 1000 companies in Retail, Technology, Financial Services and Manufacturing. Anurag holds a BS in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Peter is chair of the board of directors. In addition he oversees the day to day operations and delivery process. He is a technology, advertising and marketing executive with experience and a successful track record of turnarounds and exits at private and public companies. Peter has a long career as CEO, Chairman & Director of several public and private online and offline focused marketing companies. Peter’s early business focus was in advertising & marketing strategies. Peter is originally from San Diego, CA and was educated at Miramar College and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.


SVP Business Development & Integration & Board Member
Jon leads and manages our dealer relationships and POS integrations. He also works closely with the development team to help prioritize the product roadmap. He was a leading FuturePOS systems dealer for over 20 years, and possesses in-depth knowledge in the restaurant-tech space including loyalty, analytics and reporting, surveillance and security. He has implemented over 100 POS solutions for a variety of restaurant segments. Jon has a unique understanding of restaurants’ most critical needs and is driven in delivering the TakeOut7 solution.


Chief Technology Officer
Jai is responsible for technology strategy and solution delivery. He has 30+ years of experience in the architecture and design of high availability, fault tolerant, scalable, distributed systems. Jai has held technology leadership positions at Citibank, Bloomberg, AXA & ADP in risk management, regulatory compliance, algorithmic and electronic trading. He is a passionate believer in leveraging industry best practices and innovations such as user centered design, object-oriented analysis and design, test driven development, design patterns, micro-services approach, functional programming, big data and machine learning. Jai holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Alexandra Bates

Director of Operations
Alex leads the Implementation and Support Departments of our Online Ordering Restaurant Technology. She has over 18 years experience with Technology Solutions and Project Coordination for a 125 location quick service restaurant franchise. She has spent her entire career managing Operations and Information Technology Implementations. She is our clients number one advocate for the development and implementation resulting in a great consumer experience. Alex graduated with BS in Applied Design and BA in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.


Ms. Abrol is a seasoned banking executive with senior leadership roles in major global banks. Most recently, she was Chief Risk Officer for Westpac Institutional Bank, based out of Sydney. Prior to this, she had a distinguished career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), where she was Senior Risk Executive covering the bank’s Asia Pacific business. Prior to joining Bank of America in 1998, she worked at Peregrine Fixed Income and Deutsche Bank. In a career spanning over 25 years, she has held regional leadership roles in New York, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong and India. Ms. Abrol holds a BS in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Delhi in India.


Mr. Gaon serves as the Chief Executive Officer at PulsePoint, Inc. He has held executive positions at high-growth global NASDAQ and venture-funded companies across the digital marketing, content and e-commerce industries. Prior positions include CEO of Dotmenu, General Manager of the Web Content channel Adknowledge, SVP at MIVA/Findwhat, Director of Business Development at Register.com, and VP of Internet Initiatives at TurboChef Technologies. He is an Irwin Brodsky Securities Scholarship recipient. Mr. Gaon holds a BA in Government from Clark University and a JD from the Syracuse University College of Law.


Dr. Sinha is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with more than 19 years of entrepreneurial experience. Since 2018, he has been the co-founder and CEO of Oncospace Inc. In 2013, he co-founded HealthMyne Inc. and served as its founding CEO until 2016. Prior positions include founder & CEO at NovaShield Inc, Investment Research Analyst at Thompson Investment Management, co-founder and COO of Ultra Visual Medical Systems Inc, and N.I.H fellow at the department of Human Oncology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Dr. Sinha holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in Physics, and an MS in Computer Science, both from Washington State University.

The Interpublic Group of Companies purchased The Weber Group in late 1996, and in early 2000, Larry was named chairman and CEO of Interpublic’s Advanced Marketing Services, a $3 billion unit with 12,000 people, and which included the company’s public relations, research and analytics and entertainment holdings.
